Macan Deve is part of the Lehrer and AECOM/Tishman Construction team, which represents the owner in the execution of the $1.5B expansion of the Jacob Javits Center in New York.  Macan Deve is responsible for the design review of the Mechanical/ Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) design scope for the project and is involved with the review of the Design-Build drawings and specifications for conformance to the Owners Program Requirements (OPR) and Design Requirements.  Macan Deve’s review focuses on conformance to the contract documents, including project requirements, individual functional space requirements and specifications for furnishing equipment and bulk materials, and conformance to applicable codes and standards.  Macan Deve is also assisting with review of key project documents by the Design-Build team (Lend Lease Turner), including Design Standards, Quality Management Plan and Integrated Project Schedule.
